Why not try this amazing energy boosting recipe for ‘Apple Pie’ Porridge. 🍏

Serves: 1 adult
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes

Calories per portion: 315kcal

Ingredients
50g porridge oats
200ml semi-skimmed milk OR Almond Milk
1 medium dessert apple, diced
Pinch of cinnamon

This is a warm, comforting porridge spiced up with the classic flavours of a homemade apple pie.
Throw all the ingredients into a saucepan. Heat and stir until boiling, then lower the heat and simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Spoon the porridge into a serving bowl and add a sprinkle of cinnamon. 🍏

And to celebrate we are hosting a free evening event for all at The Kelsick Centre.

FREE taster sessions for some of the classes we offer. Stay for one, two or why not join us for the whole evening. 😊

We will also be joined by The Protein Bench a new company who will be providing free samples of their low calorie protein balls. Lots of different flavours and the perfect thing to try after a workout !

We have a new class timetable launching NEXT MONDAY. 😊😊😊😊

Kids are back to school…..so why not come and try one of our morning classes ? Perfect after you’ve dropped them off for the day.

We have also added more of a variety of evening classes to the schedule.

ALL are welcome. Suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels in such a friendly atmosphere.

Some of our classes will now be held at St Johns Ambulance Building.

🔶New Class Timetable launching Monday 10th September!!! Keep your eyes 👀 peeled!! Lots of new classes have been added to our ever growing timetable and we are so excited to share this with you.

🔶We now offer One to One Personal Training alongside classes. £25 per session. For more information contact us directly. We cater for all abilities, all fitness levels and ages whatever your goal may be. We can help.

🔶 Mums & Dads… If your children are going back to school this coming week we have a great line up of morning classes perfect for when you’ve dropped your little ones off at school!
