โœ…I love that so many people want to get involved with exercise, fitness classes and personal training sessions with the most common goal being โ€˜weight lossโ€™ and that they want to โ€˜tone upโ€™ a phrase used many a time. But what about health gain???

โœ…Too many people stand on the scales and measure progress with a pointless number they see on the scales. This isnโ€™t an accurate way of progressing.

โœ…However many of us actually forget about the โ€˜HEALTH gainโ€™ we receive when exercising regularly. Getting moving more often can help us just as much mentally and physically. It helps your mindset, something I feel is so important. This could be something as simple as getting out for a walk or having a gentle stretch not necessary a fitness class or personal training session.

It doesn’t get much more empowering than a class with an encouraging instructor and supportive people all working hard together. 2. STRUCTURE
Group fitness is a great way to get a workout in without having to think or plan. Each class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced workout and a cool-down.

Having a variety of classes in your weekly workout regimen is a great way to create muscle confusion, which keeps your body guessing and ramps up your metabolism. It also helps prevent boredom.

FREE taster sessions for some of the classes we offer. Stay for one, two or why not join us for the whole evening. ๐Ÿ˜Š

We will also be joined by The Protein Bench a new company who will be providing free samples of their low calorie protein balls. Lots of different flavours and the perfect thing to try after a workout !

Kids are back to school…..so why not come and try one of our morning classes ? Perfect after youโ€™ve dropped them off for the day.

We have also added more of a variety of evening classes to the schedule.

ALL are welcome. Suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels in such a friendly atmosphere.

Some of our classes will now be held at St Johns Ambulance Building.

Outdoor Bootcamp

All of these wonderful ladies and gents worked so hard on this fine evening in tonightโ€™s second Outdoor Bootcamp session at Rothay Park, Ambleside.

A few members of the group are training for an event coming up โ€˜ TOTAL WARRIORโ€™ in the next couple of weeks and itโ€™s great to see them using these sessions to help towards their goal.

๐Ÿ”ธOUTDOOR BOOTCAMP๐Ÿ”ธย is held every Thursday 6:15-7pm, ยฃ5 per session and no booking required.
