  1. Meals must be paid for at the time of ordering.
  2. Menu and prices may vary and change at our discretion.
  3. Fit District will not be held responsible for any failure to perform due to events that are outside our control.
  4. Fit District may use any photographs or results sent to us for marketing purposes.
  5. All personal information collected will be kept completely confidential.
  6. Fit District may contact the customer using information provided regarding details of their order if necessary.

  1. Clients must disclose any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of ordering.
  2. Allergens will be stated on the label of each meal for those contained within.
  3. Fit District cannot guarantee that all dietary or allergy requirements can be met.
  4. While every effort is made and Fit District cleans and sanitises all equipment between uses, we cannot confirm there will be no traces of the 14 main allergens listed by the Food Standards Agency.
  5. Meals are prepared in a kitchen which contains nuts, eggs, milk, wheat, gluten, soya and other key allergens.
  6. Fit District will not be held liable for any allergic reactions as a result of cross contamination.
  7. Any individual with an allergy that wishes to use our meal prep service does so at their own risk.


  1. All meals are fresh and will be delivered on a specific day and time.
  2. Delivery times will be arranged between the client and Fit District after ordering.
  3. All responsibility with storing, heating and handling meals once delivered is that of the customer. Fit District is not held accountable for items once delivered.All meals must be consumed by the date specified on the sleeve of the individual meal.
  4. Deliveries will be made on a Monday and a Thursday evening between the hours of 6pm – 8pm unless otherwise arranged
  5. Somebody must be at the agreed address to accept the order at the arranged time.
  6. Collection is possible from Fit District Head Quarters upon arrangement.


  1. All of our meals are freshly made to order; therefore we cannot offer a refund for any orders placed.
  2. If your products arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, you must contact Fit District immediately with evidential proof of the issue in order for us to inspect. A refund may be issued at our discretion.

  1. All participants must be over the age of 16 (unless specific kid class or non-weight bearing).
  2. All participants must complete a PAR-Q before completing any exercise.
  3. All participants must be wearing suitable clothing and footwear to take part in exercise.
  4. It is the participants responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries or medical/physical conditions.
  5. If there are any changes to your physical or medical condition, you must inform the instructor before taking part in physical activity.
  6. Participants should bring water to ensure they remain hydrated.
  7. Participants should ensure they arrive 5 minutes prior to commencement of the class to ensure they begin on time.
  8. If you are late by more than 5 minutes, this may result in you not being able to participate in the class.
  9. If your manner in the class is not in keeping with Fit District’s spirit or jeopardises the safety or enjoyment of others, the instructor may ask you to leave the class.


  1. All classes must be paid for before commencement of the class either by cash or card payment.
  2. Loyalty card purchases do not have an expiry date and can be used for any of the timetabled classes, unless otherwise stated.
  3. Blocks of seasonal classes must be paid for in advance of the first session beginning.


  1. All personal information collected will remain completely confidential.
  2. You may be contacted with information relating to any changes in the timetable for classes usually attended.
  3. Fit District may take photographs/video footage for marketing purposes, if you have any objections to this please inform the instructor.


  1. All instructors are fully insured and qualified to carry out the relevant physical activity.
  2. The class timetable is subject to change without notice.



  1. All personal training sessions must be booked in blocks of either 6, 10 or 12 sessions.
  2. Any participation is physical exercise is voluntary.
  3. All clients must complete a PAR-Q before commencement of any exercise programme.
  4. A client must be over to age of 16 to take part in personal training.
  5. It is your full responsibility to inform your trainer of any difficulties you experience or any changes to your physical or medical condition.


  1. Payment for the block of sessions must be made in full prior to the commencement of the agreed session.


  1. Times and dates for sessions will be agreed by the client and trainer before the first session begins.
  2. Any alterations to the schedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance including cancellations.
  3. If your trainer fails to give you 24 hours’ notice, you will be entitled to one extra hour of personal training in addition to the session you missed.
  4. If you are late for your session, your session will be reduced in accordance with that time.
  5. If your trainer fails to give you 24 hours’ notice, you will be entitled to one extra hour of personal training in addition to the session you missed.


  1. Any personal information including name, contact information, weight, height etc. collected from yourself during sessions will be kept confidential and will not be shared. Anything discussed between client and trainer during sessions will be kept confidential.


  1. All content related to Fit District including text, logos, images and graphics are our property and protected by copyright law.
